Product Guarantee

All E-Z Ink cartridges are developed by highly trained professionals in an ISO 9001 certified facility. Each cartridge is meticulously tested to ensure full working compatibility with your printer.

We provide a 2-year warranty against any product defects you encounter while using our cartridges.

Most of the issues you experience can be resolved through simple troubleshooting. If you would like to try some troubleshooting on your own, refer to the articles here for ink/toner cartridges troubleshooting; refer to the articles here for Polono products troubleshooting.

 

Order Cancellation

You will need to contact a member of our team to cancel your order. You can reach us by calling (888) 842-1178 or by e-mailing support01@ezink123.com. We will not be able to cancel an order that has been shipped, but you can return it for a refund when it arrives.


Return Policy

If you wish to return a product or order for any reason, contact our customer support team by calling (888) 842-1178 or by e-mailing support01@ezink123.com to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Returns must be received within 30 days of the RMA# being issued.

Note: Please do NOT reject the package directly, or return the item to the sender’s address. The return address will be emailed to you with the RMA#.


  • Ordered wrong or no longer needed
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or changed your mind about an item, for all ink/toner cartridges and Polono labels & accessories, E-Z Ink allows you to return any unused and unopened products for a refund within 2 years of the purchase date; for Polono printers, E-Z Ink allows you to return the intact printers for a refund within 1 years of the purchase date.
We retain the right to charge a restocking fee for any used or opened items, or for any orders that are past our 60-day grace period.
    • Orders within 60 daysof purchase-NO restocking fee
    • Orders within 2-year warranty-15% restocking fee
     
    • Defective item(s)
    Defects are rare, but we do acknowledge that they occur. If you have a defective cartridge, we will provide a refund or replacement within 2 years of the purchase date. If the Polono printer or accessories are defective, we will provide a refund or replacement within 1 year of the purchase date. Depending on the specific defect you encounter, you may be required to return the defective item(s) to us.
     
    • Replacement
    Replacements are available for defective products. We are unable to send out replacements for differing items; we do not offer exchanges. If you purchased the wrong products, refer to the section for “Ordered wrong or no longer needed.”
     
    • RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization number)
    The RMA number must be displayed on the return label. This allows us to properly identify and process your return. Packages without this information may not be accepted or may not be refunded.
    To obtain your RMA number contact our customer support by calling (888) 842-1178 or by emailing support01@ezink123.com.
     
    • Return Shipping
    To ensure you receive the refund or new replacement in a timely manner, make sure the RMA number is clearly visible on your return label. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label ONLY if the order or product is defective. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost of non-defective returns, e.g. ordered wrong, changed mind, or any other return reason not related to the quality of our products. Returned items must be in sellable condition unless the items are defective.
     
    • Refund/Replacement
    Refunds and replacements are processed approximately 2-4 business days after we receive the return package and verify the returned items. If you were not required to return the item, the refund or replacement is processed within 1 business day.
