How many points can I get for used ink cartridges?

E-Z Ink offers 0-35 points per listed OEM Canon or HP ink cartridge. Points will be issued via E-Z Ink points within 15 days.

How do I get points for recycling my empty ink cartridges?

1. Start here.
2. Find your ink cartridge and add the quantity you are planning to recycle.
3. Confirm your shipment and generate a FREE shipping label.
4. Print out the label and submit your tracking number.
5. Ship out the empty ink cartridges and wait for your points!

Why do I need to provide an e-mail address?

The e-mail address will be used so we may contact you regarding the status of your processed cartridges. 

When can I expect my points?

Once we receive the shipped cartridges, we will require approximately 5-10 business days to process them. If your cartridges fulfill our requirements, points will be sent to your account within 15 days. 

Are there any fees associated with this program?

No. This program is 100% FREE. We will provide you with a shipping label for the cartridges. The only thing required on your part is proper packaging for the cartridges. Click here to get started!

Why wasn’t I get points for the cartridges I shipped?

We will only issue points for the original Canon or HP ink cartridges listed here. We reserve the right to refuse points for any third-party remanufactured ink cartridges as we cannot guarantee that further remanufacturing can be done on these cartridges.
